Blue Ox Music Festival Tickets
Blue Ox 2025 will take place June 26-28 at The Pines Music Park in Eau Claire, WI.

3-day, 2-day (Fri + Sat) and Limited 1-day Saturday passes are the only ticket options for our festival.
General Admission gives you access to entertainment, unreserved tent camping and parking in our lot.
Camping Add-Ons:
- Car Camping Pass: A car camping pass is required if you would like to sleep in your vehicle or park your car next to your tent in an unreserved camping section.
- Reserved RV Campsite: If you plan to bring an RV, pull behind, or pop-up camper you will need to purchase a reserved campsite. All vehicles over 20 ft. long require a reserved site.
- Reserved Tent Campsite: This section is ideal for those who would like to arrive to a specific spot for tent/car camping.
- Wednesday Camping Pass: Good for (1) one person to arrive the Wednesday night before the festival for tent or car camping in any unreserved area.
- Pre-Set Tent Camping with Backyards & Beyond: Camp on-site without worrying about bringing in camping gear or set-up/tear down.
All ages welcome. Children 13 and under are free with a paid adult.
Bring your lawn chair or a blanket if you wish to sit in the festival bowl and you are set for the day.

A 3-day general admission ticket is good for one (1) person to attend all three (3) days of the festival with access to the venue/campground on Thursday.

A 2-Day general admission ticket is good for one (1) person to attend Friday and Saturday of the festival with access to the venue/campground on Friday.

A 1-Day Saturday general admission ticket is good for one (1) person to attend Saturday of the festival.
Includes:
- Unreserved tent camping (first come, first served. Saturday arrivals will be directed to our general admission Prairie Camping Area).
- On-Site day Parking or overnight parking in our Fields lot (not next to your tent).

Wednesday Night Camping Pass
Not available during Early Bird Sale. Will become available for purchase closer to the festival.
Good for (1) one person to arrive the Wednesday night before the festival for tent or car camping in any unreserved area.
Unreserved areas include GA, Family, Prairie and Quiet.

*Reserved campsites include Wednesday Night camping for up to 6 people (arriving together with the campsite ticket holder) with a purchase of a 3-day admission pass.

- Each attendee arriving on Wednesday MUST have a 3-day admission pass.
- Kids 13 and under are free and do not need their own pass for Wednesday arrival.
- Pass ONLY available for purchase in advance.
- NO roping off or saving additional camping space for friends that have not yet arrived. We have a lot of people that will need space in our unreserved areas and we want to make sure everyone has an enjoyable festival experience.

Car Camping
On sale during Early Bird Sale starting October 8th, 2024 at 10am CT
General Admission gives you access to entertainment, unreserved tent camping and parking in our lot.
Car Camping is an upgrade. If you would like to park your car at your unreserved campsite or use your car as a sleeping unit in these areas, simply purchase a Car Camping pass and you will receive a tag for your vehicle to be parked at your site. If your vehicle is over 20’ long you will need an RV site rather than a car camping pass. Pass does NOT give you in and out privilege, vehicle must be parked in camping area the entire weekend. A General Admission ticket MUST be purchased separately.

Reserved RV Campsite: If you plan to bring an RV, pull behind, or pop-up camper you will need to purchase a reserved campsite. All vehicles over 20 ft. long require a reserved site. Choose between Electric (waitlist/renewals only), Pines, Fields, Prairie, or Family section of our campground.
Reserved Tent Campsite: This section is ideal for those who would like to arrive to a specific spot for tent/car/tear drop trailer camping. Generator use is PROHIBITED in this area.

- Not all purchasers are accepted by PayPal for this plan. If (YOU) the purchaser is not accepted, then PayPal will ask you if you want to continue and pay in full. If you click CONTINUE then the full amount will be charged to your card.
- The first payment is due when your order is placed.
- Subsequent bi-weekly installments will be automatically charged to the credit card / debit card you have on file with PayPal. You can change your card on file or pay off your order in full at any time.
- PayPal Payment Plan available for all orders with zero interest if you choose to pay within 4 bi-weekly payments. Interest is charged if you choose to pay in 6 or more monthly payments.

- Go through the ticket/campsite purchase process as you normally would until you get to the 'Billing Details' page. Once on this page make sure to click on 'Installment Plans'.
- Make sure to also click on 'Paylater' instead of clicking on 'PayPal'.
- Then it should navigate you to a new window (within PayPal) where you will see an option to pay with 4 payments.
- Skip the 'Pay with' section for now and click on 'Continue'
- Next it will ask you what payment method you would like to use. Click on whichever method you would like to be charged through and click 'Continue.'
- Click continue and then it should bring up a spinning wheel for 5 seconds to 3 minutes (it will depend on how long the approval process takes).*
- After this is done, click on the blue 'Continue' button.
- Lastly, it will bring you back to the Afton Tickets site where you will just need to click on 'Place Your Order.'
Finding Your Ticket
Please check your email account’s Spam or Junk folder, if you haven’t received your mobile ticket(s) in your inbox. You can access your order/tickets by logging into your Afton Ticket Account HERE.
- If you used Connect w/Facebook to checkout, click the blue Connect w/Facebook button to login.
- If you created an account with your email then type in your email and the password you chose. If you forgot your password, here’s how to reset it.
- If you used Guest Checkout, you can use our forgot password feature to reset your password so you can login and retrieve your tickets. Here’s how.
Transferring Tickets

- DO NOT ACCEPT PRINTED TICKETS OR EMAILED PDF DOCUMENTS. These can be replicated and sent to anyone.
- Use only purchase protected payment methods such as PayPal and make sure you send payment for goods or services, so purchase protection is in effect. MANY SCAMMERS WILL ASK YOU TO PAY A CERTAIN WAY TO AVOID THESE OFFICIAL SERVICES SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY. You may need to clear it with the ticket seller first, as these payment methods do charge the seller a small fee, well worth the insurance though when purchasing from an unknown individual.
- ONLY ACCEPT TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE BLUE OX TICKETING PARTNER AFTON TICKETS! This is the only way to ensure that you have a real ticket. Instructions on how to properly transfer tickets can be found HERE! When using the transfer process, tickets will be moved from the seller’s Blue Ox/Afton Ticket account to the buyer’s Blue Ox/Afton Ticket account.

TICKET POLICY
- All sales are final. There will be NO Refunds or rollovers
- Entry policy is subject to change.
- Blue Ox Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets or passes.
- Blue Ox is a rain or shine event
- All people entering the festival grounds do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.
- To claim tickets held in will call (located at the Fields entrance) you must have a valid picture ID.
- Items confiscated by security will not be held or returned.
- Blue Ox Music Festival reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times. No wristband, no entry, no exceptions. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced, a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter the festival.
- Tickets obtained from sources other than Blue Ox Music Festival, may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such case will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- All artists and times of performances are subject to change and/or cancellation without further notice.
- Have your ID with you at all times. You will need it to purchase alcohol or to enter bar areas. Blue Ox Music Festival has a zero tolerance on underage drinking. No minors are allowed in bar areas.
Official Ticket Exchange
Blue Ox Music Festival uses bar code scanning for ticket admission. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is an authorized Blue Ox Music Festival ticket outlet, otherwise you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission. The only way to ensure you have genuine tickets for the Blue Ox Music Festival or other events at the Pines Music Park is to purchase them directly from our websites, official ticket outlets or our official fan-to-fan ticket exchange site (Cash-or-Trade). If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets. CashorTrade is our official fan-to-fan ticket exchange site. If you have tickets and can no longer attend, you can sell them to another fan on CashorTrade. It is FREE to sell — there are no fees for sellers. And if you are looking to purchase a sold-out ticket type, check to see what’s available or set up an ISO (in search of) alert on CashorTrade. *All tickets on CashorTrade are face value only.

- (No) Carry-in food and beverage, including alcohol
- (No) Large EZ Up/Shade tents over 4 ft tall

- (No) Glass containers
- (No) Fireworks, Tikki Torches, Kegs or Drones
- (No) Golf Carts, ATVs, Boats, Power Scooters or Dirt Bikes
