Festival / Campground Gate Hours!
*Each person entering the campground gate MUST have a Blue Ox 2025 admission ticket. Kids 13 and under are free.
*NO dogs/pets allowed in campground or festival bowl. Please DO NOT bring your pet!
Wednesday Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
*ONLY open to those with a 3-day admission pass AND either a Wednesday Night Camping Ticket or Reserved Campsite! Those with a reserved campsite ticket can start checking in at Noon.
*If you arrive early, you will be directed to leave and park in our off-site lot located at 3443 Crescent Ave or you can wait in a line on Eagle Lane. Getting here early does not mean you will get into the grounds in order of getting into line. Eagle Lane is a waiting area, not a line to get in first. Those with a Wednesday Camping pass will be allowed into the venue starting at 3:00PM at our Fields Gate. Lines formed within the Fields Gate will be first come first served in terms of entry. Lines off Eagle Lane mean nothing in terms of entry.
Thursday Check-in Hours: 7:00 AM – Midnight (open to those with a 3-day admission pass)*
Friday Check-in Hours: 9:00 AM – Midnight (open to those with a 3-day or 2-day admission pass)
Saturday Check-in Hours: 10:00 AM – Midnight (open to those with a 3-day, 2-day or 1-day Saturday admission pass)
