Come join us for three-days of music and camping in Eau Claire Wisconsin, June 27-29. Explore the many ways you can stay on-site with us or nearby. Choose an option that works best for you!
Unreserved Tent Camping included with Admission:
3-day and 2-day pass holders:
- Unreserved (first come, first served) tent Camping in either General, Prairie, Family or Quiet unreserved is INCLUDED with your admission. Roll in, find a spot that accommodates your needs in one of our unreserved tent camping areas and set up camp.
- Parking in our lot (not next to tent) is included. If you want to sleep in your car or park your vehicle by your tent then you will need to add-on a car camping pass.
*3-day pass holders staying in unreserved can start moving in Thursday at 7AM.
*2-day pass holders staying in unreserved can start moving in Friday at 9AM.
1-day Saturday pass holders:
- Unreserved (first come, first served) tent camping INCLUDED with admission. Saturday arrivals will be directed to our Prairie Camping area.
- Parking in our lot (not next to tent) is included.
*1-Day Saturday pass holders will NOT be able to drive your car to your unreserved campsite to drop off your camping gear when you arrive on Saturday; even with a car camping pass (please do not purchase a car camping pass with your Saturday ticket). You must park your car in the free overflow parking area located in the Fields and walk your camping gear to your campsite. Packing a wagon will make this process easier. Arriving on Saturday means you will most likely have to camp in Prairie Unreserved. All tent campers will be able to drive back to your campsite on Sunday to pack up.
*1-day Saturday pass holders staying in unreserved can start moving in Saturday at 10AM
Wednesday Night Camping Add-on
Pass is good for one (1) person to arrive Wednesday (June 26th) before the festival for tent/car camping in any unreserved area.
Unreserved areas include GA, Family, Prairie and Quiet.
Details:
- Check in starts June 26th at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM
- Each attendee arriving on Wednesday MUST have a 3-day admission pass.
- Kids 13 and under are free and do not need their own pass for Wednesday arrival or festival admission.
- Pass ONLY available for purchase in advance.
- NO roping off or saving additional camping space for friends that have not yet arrived.
Price: $35/person
Purchase Wednesday Night Camping Pass
*Reserved campsites include Wednesday night camping for up to 6 people (arriving TOGETHER) with the ticket holder. Each attendee must have a 3-day admission pass to camp on Wednesday night at the Pines Music Park (kids 13 and under are free). Entire party must arrive together for Wednesday access with a reserved campsite. Anyone staying at a reserved campsite who plans to arrive on Thursday can drive separate from the reserved campsite ticket holder and would just need admission to gain access.
**More detailed arrival info will be emailed to the reserved campsite holder closer to the festival.
Car Camping Pass Add-On – Limited Quantities Available!
If you would like park your car at your unreserved campsite or use your car as a sleeping unit in any unreserved tent camping area then simply purchase a car camping pass and you will receive a tag for your vehicle to be parked at your site.
*If your vehicle is over 20′ long you will need an RV site rather than a car camping pass.
*Saturday pass holders will not be able to drive your car to your campsite, even with a car camping pass. You must park your car in the free overflow parking area located in the Fields and walk your camping gear to your campsite. Packing a wagon will make this process easier. Arriving on Saturday means you will most likely have to camp in Prairie Unreserved.
*Those with a reserved campsite DO NOT need to purchase a car camping pass to park their vehicle at their reserved site.

Reserved RV/Tent Camping Add-On – Very Limited Sites Remain!
Anyone arriving at Blue Ox with an RV, pull-behind, trailer, pop-up camper, motor-home or teardrop will NEED to present a reserved campsite ticket for access to the grounds.
RV Reserved (VERY Limited sites in Prairie RV remain):
- 20′ x 30′ long sites
- Reserved camping for RVs, pull-behinds, pop-up campers, motor-homes, trailers, tents and cars.
- Generator use permitted.
Prairie Tent/Car/Teardrop (Limited):
- 20′ x 30′ long sites
- Only tents, cars and teardrop trailers 10′ and under are allowed in this section.
- NO Generators allowed.

Don’t want to camp? Our festival is located just a few miles from multiple Eau Claire hotels, including the Hampton Inn, Best Western Plus and The Oxbow and Lismore which are situated in downtown Eau Claire near a variety of restaurants, shops and bars.. We also partner with a local shuttle company that offers both pick up and drop off to and from our festival.
