Electric Campsite Renewals

Did you purchase an Electric Campsite or Tiny Camping Cabin for Blue Ox 2026 DIRECTLY from Blue Ox Music Festival (not cash-or-trade)?

If you purchased directly from us, please keep an eye out on your email for details about how to renew your same site for Blue Ox 2027. The Electric Renewal Process will start in early September.

**Renewals are NOT available for non-electric campsites.

Electric Campsite Waitlist

We currently have 250 people on our Electric Waitlist which includes individuals who reached out to be added back in 2023.

How does it work?

Availability: Each year we have on average 10-20 Prairie Electric Campsites that are not renewed which will become available to those on this Electric Waitlist.

Section: The sites that become available to our waitlist will ALWAYS be Prairie Electric since those who currently have an electric site can request to move to a different site based on availability.

Waitlist Process: Your name will move up on the list and will stay on the list until we are able to offer you an electric site.

  1. First waitlister will receive a call (if number is on file) and an email from us about an available site.
  2. To keep things moving, we give the first waitlister 72 hours to let us know if they want the site or if they want to pass.
  3. If the waitlister passes or if we DO NOT hear back from them after 72 hours then we will remove that person from our list move onto the next waitlister. This process continues until someone buys the site.

*Waitlisters will have to start with a Prairie Electric site first and then will be added to our request to move list after a Prairie Electric site is purchased.

Early Bird Sale!

3-day admission tickets at the lowest price tier, car camping passes and all non-electric campsites will go on sale at the SAME TIME during our Early Bird Sale in October (date TBA).

Non-Electric Campsites Include:

  • Family Reserved Non-Electric
  • Pines Reserved Non-Electric
  • Fields Reserved Non-Electric
  • Prairie RV Non-Electric
  • Prairie Tent/Car Non-Electric
  • Pre-Set Tent Packages

*Electric campsites will NOT be available during our Early Bird sale since we have over 200 people on the waitlist. Any remaining Tiny Camping Cabins that are not renewed will becomes available during the Early Bird Sale.
