*Unreserved tent camping and parking in designated areas (not next to your tent) is included with all admission passes. If you plan to bring an RV, pull behind/trailer, or pop-up/tear-drop camper you will need to purchase a RESERVED site.
Availability:
Family/Pines Campsites: Blue Ox only has 95 Family Reserved campsites and 66 Pines Reserved Campsites available for purchase. Both of these sections will sell out with minutes of on-sale due to high demand with VERY LIMITED supply.
*There is a limit of 3 reserved campsites in these two section per order.
Prairie/Fields Campsites: Reserved sites in the Fields and Prairie do not sell out as quickly so if you are looking to book multiple sites together for a large group then we would suggest booking in one of these sections.
Electric Reserved Campsites: Electric campsites in the Pines and Prairie will be SOLD OUT via renewals and waitlist. Please email your name, phone number and length of your RV to [email protected] to be added to this running list. As of October 2025 we have over 225 people on our waitlist. If you plan to attend Blue Ox 2026 with an RV then we suggest that you purchase a non-electric campsite when these go on sale during our Early Bird Sale. We would be more than happy to upgrade you to an electric campsite if one becomes available to you at a later date via the waitlist.
Tier 1 Admission: We only sell a LIMITED number of 3-day tickets at Tier 1 pricing and once they are gone we’ll automatically move onto the next price tier.
Tips for Early Bird Sale:
Afton Account: Part of the purchase process includes logging into an existing Afton account or creating a new one. Save time, by creating your Afton account HERE ahead of the on-sale. Can’t remember your password? You can also reset it ahead of time HERE
Reserved Campsite Map Color Coding: In order to purchase a campsite, you will need to navigate to the RESERVED CAMPSITE MAP tab and then select the section you would like to camp in. Once you select the camping section, a new map with numbered squares will pop up. Look for a white square (available) to select and add to your cart.
*It’s easier to navigate the CAMPSITE MAP with a laptop/desktop compared to using your phone.
*Pines/Family site selection tip: The best way to secure a site in family/pines is to select the FIRST white square you see available to add it to your cart. Every second counts when securing a campsite in a high demand area with limited inventory.
Online Purchase vs. Phone Orders: You have a better chance of securing a specific campsite location by purchasing the site online (on your own time and device) instead of calling into the office since we use the same online system for phone orders and have VERY LIMITED call capacity.

- Not all purchasers are accepted by PayPal for this plan. If (YOU) the purchaser is not accepted, then PayPal will ask you if you want to continue and pay in full. If you click CONTINUE then the full amount will be charged to your card.
Payment Schedule:
- The first payment is due when your order is placed.
- Subsequent bi-weekly installments will be automatically charged to the credit card / debit card you have on file with PayPal. You can change your card on file or pay off your order in full at any time.
Payment Plan Info:
- PayPal Payment Plan available with zero interest if you choose to pay within 4 bi-weekly payments. Interest is charged if you choose to pay in 6 or more monthly payments.
- You must have a PayPal account in order to use the installment plan and it’s only available to online orders.
