Start your Blue Ox weekend one day early by arriving on Wednesday, June 21st for camping at the Pines Music Park!

Based on results from our post-festival survey and an overwhelming outreach from past Blue Oxers we’ve added a Wednesday Night Camping pass option to our festival this year! Arriving on Wednesday will make your Blue Ox experience more stress free since you won’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get here early on Thursday and in turn you will have more time to relax at camp before the music starts.

In past years, only those with a reserved campsite were able to arrive on Wednesday but now we’ve extended this opportunity to those camping in any unreserved area with the purchase of one of these Wednesday Camping passes.

(3:00 PM – 9:00 PM) – Unreserved Wednesday Night Camping 

All unreserved tent campers and car camping attendees can purchase a Wednesday Night Camping pass if they want to move-in on Wednesday June 21st.

Unreserved areas include: GA, Family, Prairie and Quiet.

• Each attendee arriving on Wednesday MUST have a 3-day admission pass.
• Kids 13 and under are free and do not need their own pass to arrive on Wednesday.
• Pass can ONLY be purchased online in advance.
• Unreserved campers (with a Wednesday camping pass) can start moving in on Wednesday at 3:00 PM which is when the unreserved camping areas will open to the general public.
• Those without car passes will need to move their car to designated parking areas in the fields parking area or along perimeter roads.
• Late arrivals WILL NOT be allowed in if you are unable to arrive by 9:00 PM and refunds will not be offered to early move-in pass holders who are unable to arrive in time so please plan accordingly. Security will be placed at the gates this year and you will NOT be allowed to enter the campgrounds. Check-in will open again on Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 AM.

*Arrival Gate: All unreserved traffic will come in through the Fields Gate. Unreserved camping areas will be restricted to the general public until 3:00 PM

*NO roping off or saving additional camping space for friends that have not yet arrived. We have a lot people that will need space in our unreserved areas and we want to make sure everyone has an enjoyable festival experience. Thank you!

*Please note that we do allow our volunteers and staff to set up in GA unreserved early so that they can assist us with move-in on Wednesday.

*Important* We encourage you to ONLY purchase a Wednesday night camping pass if you know you will be able to arrive before 9:00 PM on Wednesday June 21st since refunds will not be offered if you cannot make it here on-time.

(12:00 PM – 9:00 PM) – Reserved Campsite Wednesday Night Camping 

All reserved campsite passes include free Wednesday night camping for up to 4 people per site. The reserved campsite holder will receive an email to sign up for Wednesday move-in (required). Contact us at info@blueoxfest.com if you have not received this email.

Areas include: Electric, Prairie Electric, Pines Reserved, Family Reserved, Fields Reserved, Prairie Non-Electric and Prairie Tent/Car/Tear-Drop.

• Each attendee arriving on Wednesday MUST have a 3-day admission pass.
• Kids 13 and under are free and do not need their own pass to arrive on Wednesday.
• All attendees MUST arrive with the reserved campsite pass holder (up to 4 free passes included per site). Those arriving separately will need to wait until 3:00 PM and must purchase their own Wednesday camping pass.
• Additional Wednesday night camping passes can be purchased if you have more than 4 people staying at your site (up to 6) allowed per site. Kids not included with this total. (See pricing below)
• Late arrivals WILL NOT be allowed in if you are unable to arrive by 9:00 PM and refunds will not be offered to early move-in pass holders who are unable to arrive in time so please plan accordingly. Security will be placed at the gates this year and you will not be allowed to enter the campgrounds. Check-in will open again on Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 AM.

(4:00 PM – 9:00 PM) – Pre-Set Tent & Tiny Cabins Wednesday Night Camping 

Includes free Wednesday night camping for up to 2 people per package/cabin. You are welcome to arrive as early as Noon however your tent/cabin is not guaranteed to be ready for move-in until 4:00 PM.

• Kids 13 and under are free and do not need their own pass to arrive on Wednesday.
• Late arrivals WILL NOT be allowed in if you are unable to arrive by 9:00 PM and refunds will not be offered to early move-in pass holders who are unable to arrive in time so please plan accordingly. Security will be placed at the gates this year and you will not be allowed to enter the campgrounds. Check-in will open again on Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 AM.
