Thank you for joining us for the 4^th annual Blue Ox Music Festival. We are looking forward to hosting you once again at Whispering Pines Campground for a fun filled weekend of great music and community.

Please read the following information to be prepared upon arrival at the festival. This will insure that there are no surprises for you, and that the process of getting you into the festival goes quickly, so you can get to enjoying your time here right away.

TICKETS

Please print off your tickets or download your PDF tickets to your phone before arrival so they may be quickly scanned at the gate.

PINES GATE vs FIELDS GATE

PINES GATE

WEDNESDAY – 9:00AM-8:00PM (early move-in for reserved camping only, by appointment only)

THURSDAY – 7:00AM-9:00PM*

FRIDAY – 9:00AM-6:00PM*

SATURDAY – 10:00AM-6:00PM*

*After Pines Gate is closed all traffic will be diverted to the Fields Gate.

FIELDS GATE

WEDNESDAY – 9:00AM-8:00PM (early move-in for reserved camping only, by appointment only)

THURSDAY – 7:00AM-12:00AM

FRIDAY – 9:00AM-12:00AM

SATURDAY – 10:00AM-11:00PM

MULTI-DAY TICKET HOLDERS

Multi-day pass holders that arrive on Thursday before 7PM may drive into the campgrounds to drop off their belongings at their camping area. If you have a CAR CAMPING PASS you will be allowed to leave your car near your campsite in our UNRESERVED CAMPING AREA. If you do not have a car camping pass you will need to park in one of the ADJACENT PARKING AREAS along the west and north boundary roads, or in the fields parking area.

SINGLE DAY TICKET HOLDERS

All single day ticket holders should be entering through the FIELDS GATE. Upon the scanning of your ticket you will be directed into the day parking lot. PLEASE NOT THAT THURSDAY AND FRIDAY TICKET HOLDERS CAN NOT CAMP IN THE WHISPERING PINES CAMPING AREAS. Saturday only pass holders may camp but will not be able to enter the pines camping area with their vehicle unless they possess a car camping pass.

CAMPING

YOU NEED AN RV PASS FOR RV CAMPING, TENT CAMPING IS INCLUDED WITH ALL MULTI-DAY AND SATURDAY ONLY PASSES. If you arrive with an RV or pull-behind camping unit without an RV pass you will need to purchase one at the gates.

People without car camping passes will be allowed to drop off their belongings at their campsite in general admission camping until 7:00 PM on Thursday and until 11AM on Friday. After this time, people who do not possess a car camping pass will be directed to overflow fields parking.  Only people being issued their car camping pass for the first time may enter the pines camping area with their vehicle, people arriving with a car camping pass already affixed to their vehicle will be directed to overflow fields parking. A Car Camping Pass does not allow in and out privilege.

We will be closing off the Pines Camping area to all vehicle traffic at 8:00PM (dark) this includes closing it off to people with car passes, they may get their pass and enter the next day.

RVs

Uneven ground is a reality of with the geology of our campgrounds. Please be prepared for this. Some helpful tools for leveling your RV or camper unit include:  jacks, a shovel, and leveling blocks or 2×6 or larger lumber.

We do have a limited number of alternative sites for those of you with unsuitable campsites. We are sorry about any inconvenience, we are willing to help work with you to make move-in as stress free as possible.
