Hardgood Rules and Regulation Agreement

 

Please Fill out the vendor application today to be considered for the 2018 event.

  • Please accurately list each product you intend to sell. Submitted items will be reviewed and we may request item(s) to be removed. Items not listed, may not be sold at the festival.
  • ALL VENDORS are required to complete the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form. Complete only the SELLER PORTION of this form and submit with your application or as soon as possible after booth approval. Click Here For From
  • The Limit of Liability shall be no less than $1,000,000 for food vendors and $500,000 for hardgood vendors.
  • Email Dan Peterson of the Eau Claire Health Department at dan.peterson@co.eau-claire.wi.us with any questions.
  • All food and beverage vendors will settle with festival 30% of gross cash/credit sales daily.
  • Food Vendor Pass Allocations are as Follows:
    10x10 Space = up to 3 Vendor Weekend Passes
    20x20 Space = up to 5 Vendor Weekend Passes
    30x20 Space = up to 7 Vendor Weekend Passes
  • Hardgood Vendor Pass Allocations are as Follows:
    10x10 include 2 Vendor Weekend Passes 20x10 include 2 Vendor Weekend Passes
    20x20 Space include 4 Vendor Weekend Passes
  • Extra passes are $65.00 each and include camping.

  • Food vendors will receive two (2) 20 AMP circuits of electricity with their booth fee. Hardgood vendors will receive one (1) 20 AMP circuit of electricity with their booth fee. Any Additional needs must be disclosed before March 30th, 2018.
