2020 has not been a typical year for live music. It’s been 14 months since we last had a full-sized Blue Ox Music Festival and we still have almost a year until we can have another full-sized Blue Ox in 2021. By attending this socially distanced campout, you are helping our family owned festival sustain through these next couple of months while supporting the performing artists and their crew. We look forward to bringing the joy of seeing live music to all of you, during a year when we all thought that live music in any setting wouldn’t be possible. #saveourstages

*All attendees, including children of all ages, will need a GA TICKET due to the limited capacity number of 250 people which we need to follow.
On-site & Off-site Outdoor Activities
Enjoy on-site disc-golfing or yard games when you’re not watching the music or relaxing at your campsite. You’re also welcome to venture off the campground to explore the many things you can do outside in Eau Claire such as Kayaking, canoeing and biking.

2-day Admission w/unreserved tent camping: $285/person
Includes:
- 2 nights of music (Sept 25 & 26) with access into the grounds starting Thursday Sept. 24th
- Access to unreserved tent camping area and parking by your tent
- Carry-in food and beverage ALLOWED in the music area and campground.
SINGLE DAY PASSES NOW AVAILABLE!
1-Day Friday Admission: $145/person
Includes:
- 1 night of music (Sept 25)
- Access to FRIDAY ONLY* unreserved tent camping area on Friday and parking by your tent
- Carry-in food and beverage ALLOWED in the music area and campground.
*Must depart from campground by noon on Sat, Sept 26th
1-Day Saturday Admission: $145/person
Includes:
- 1 night of music (Sept 26)
- Access to unreserved tent camping area on Saturday and parking by your tent
- Carry-in food and beverage ALLOWED in the music area and campground.
*You do not need to camp on-site to attend this event however admission is the same price. There are multiple hotels nearby that you can stay at during your time here in Eau Claire if you’d prefer not to camp. Free parking on-site is included with every GA ticket and you can bring a cooler and chairs/blanket with you to enjoy the music. (Uber and Lyft are available in Eau Claire – masks are required)
Reserved Campsite Add-On
If you would like to camp in an RV (Electric or Non-Electric/Pines South) or stay in a reserved Pines South (tent camping or Non-Electric RV) campsite which is located closer to the music bowl, then you can add this to your order (max of 6 per site) for an additional charge.
Options Include:
- Stage View Electric: $350

- Pines South Stage View (Tent or Non-Electric RV): $300

Whispering Pines Campground Amenities
NO DOGS and NO GLASS allowed in the Campground or Music area!
- Bags of ice will be available for purchase at the Blue Ox Lodge
- Fire rings and picnic tables are available for use
- Firewood will be available for purchase on-site however you are welcome to bring your own.
- Grills are allowed but not provided
- Free drinking water will be available at two different locations around the concert area.
- We have dumpsters on site for garbage and recycling, please use these and clean up after yourself. Please adopt a leave-no-trace mentality.
- The shower building will be CLOSED during this event

You do not need to camp on-site to attend Campout in the Pines
Although it’s called Campout in the Pines, you don’t have to camp on-site to attend and enjoy some live music outside in a socially distanced setting. You can stay at a nearby hotel or go back home after the shows each night. Pack up a cooler full of your favorite beverages and food, bring a blanket and some chairs and you’re set for the day. There are multiple hotels nearby that you can stay at during your time here in Eau Claire if you’d prefer not to camp. Free parking on-site is included with every GA ticket.
